Who operates ThreadCheck
ThreadCheck is currently operated by Muibi Muiz under the Xuib Technologies brand. Xuib Technologies is not yet registered as a legal entity. Publish the operator's public business address before launch. For support and privacy requests, contact xuibtech@gmail.com.
What ThreadCheck does
ThreadCheck is a discovery and customer-experience site. It displays vendor-submitted details and shopper-submitted reviews after moderation. ThreadCheck does not sell products, arrange orders, hold payments, guarantee delivery, certify vendors or provide professional legal or financial advice.
Use the information carefully
Prices, policies and review ratings are supplied by users and can change. Confirm the full scope, final amount, payment recipient, delivery date and refund terms directly with a vendor before placing an order. An approved listing means it passed a content review; it is not a recommendation or verification of identity or quality.
Community rules
Submit only truthful first-hand experiences. Do not post threats, harassment, discriminatory abuse, fabricated claims, impersonation, confidential information or contact details about another person. Do not manipulate ratings or use the service to target a competitor. You retain ownership of your content and give ThreadCheck permission to display it for the service while it remains published.
Moderation and account action
We may delay, reject, edit for privacy, remove or restrict content and accounts to protect users and the service. You can report content using the report control. Contact xuibtech@gmail.com to request review of a moderation action.
Limits and responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, ThreadCheck is provided as available. We are not a party to transactions between shoppers and vendors. Each user is responsible for their content and decisions. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes
We may update these terms as the service changes. Continued use after an updated notice is posted means the new terms apply from their stated effective date.
Muibi Muiz is the current operator under the unregistered Xuib Technologies brand. Add a public business address, then confirm governing law, dispute process, liability terms and required consumer disclosures with qualified counsel before launch.
