Who operates ThreadCheck
ThreadCheck is currently operated by Muibi Muiz under the Xuib Technologies brand. Xuib Technologies is not yet registered as a legal entity. Publish the operator's public business address before launch. For support and privacy requests, contact xuibtech@gmail.com.
Information we collect
When you sign in, the authentication provider processes your email address and account session. The site stores an internal account identifier and optional display name. Vendor submissions include business details, service descriptions, price ranges and policies. Reviews and reports are linked to an internal account identifier for abuse prevention, but that identifier and your email are not displayed publicly.
What shoppers can see
Only approved vendor listings and approved reviews are public. Public reviews use a generic “Shopper” label. Reviews are not marked as verified purchases because the site does not independently verify transactions. Review content may still identify someone if a reviewer includes identifying details; moderation removes obvious contact details but cannot guarantee detection of every disclosure.
Why we use information
We use account data to authenticate users, prevent repeat abuse, process moderation and reports, and maintain a record of moderator decisions. We do not sell account details, show email addresses publicly, or process orders and payments. The site has no advertising analytics enabled by default.
Service providers and retention
Supabase provides authentication and database hosting. Upstash provides rate-limiting storage. These providers process data to operate the service under their terms. Published content remains visible until it is removed or the listing is unpublished. Reports and moderation records are retained to manage safety and disputes. Account deletion removes the account and its linked content; some moderation audit records may need to remain where they relate to platform safety or legal obligations.
Your choices and requests
You can request account deletion from your dashboard. To ask a question or request access, correction or removal of information, contact xuibtech@gmail.com.
Security and limitations
We use private database tables, restricted public views, authenticated write routes, rate limits and access controls. No online service can promise absolute security. Do not submit financial account details, passwords, government identifiers or another person’s private information in a listing, review or report.
Muibi Muiz is the current operator under the unregistered Xuib Technologies brand. Add a public business address, confirm the retention schedule, and review jurisdiction-specific rights with qualified counsel before launch.
